Caiman Tied and Stoned to Death in Greenvale: WEPTT Calls for Action

Tagged:

This photo reportedly came from Greenvale where this caiman was tied and stoned to death.

Why are people so cruel?

We're pleading with the authorities to investigate these acts of animal cruelty and find those responsible.

This needs to stop now.

The ecology of this country would thrive so much more if our citizens would stop the senseless killing of wildlife and rather, take the time to learn, understand and respect them.

These animals benefit us in more ways than one, i.e, they feed on the birds that damage our crops, they feed on rats that populate near our residential areas. They help us a lot, and yet this is the gratitude they are given.

If you come across a caiman in your property please give us a call to find out what can be done at: Kristopher Rattansingh - 341-9983 Kristian Rattansingh - 748-7100 Shiva Bagoo - 497-3373 Reanna Ali - 759-9024 Roma Pedro - 748-3936
